Submitting Designs - Designs may be submitted through the designated process on our website.- You retain ownership of submitted designs.- By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the designs for review, marketing, and selection purposes, including use in posts, promotional content, and voting systems.- If a design is selected for production and distribution, we reserve the right to request an **exclusive license** for a specific period as outlined in individual agreements. Commissions and Sales - Request an export of your personal data.- Request deletion of your personal data, excluding data we must retain for legal, security, or administrative purposes. How We Protect Your Data - If selected, designers are entitled to commissions as outlined in the Program guidelines.- Commissions typically range between **5% and 15%** of the retail price, depending on the number of contributors involved and the significance of the contribution to a specific product.- Contributors' names will always be prominently displayed on a per-product and per-collection basis.-Payment Details: Payments are processed quarterly following the end of the relevant sales period, and will include a breakdown of total sales, returns, and commission amounts.- Further details, including any special agreements, will be communicated through private contracts between OmnitudeDesign and contributors. Selection Process - Designs are reviewed for originality, quality, and alignment with brand standards. - We reserve the right to reject submissions without explanation.
