  • We ship to EU countries, the UK, and the US—costs and delivery times depend on location.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days; during busy periods, processing may take longer.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
